Applicable scope

Xf5-208 terminal rotating clip cable cross-connecting box is mainly used for connection and wire parting of trunk cables and wiring cable of local cable network, it is a large capability connection and wire parting fitting which is for assembled by stilts, on ground or through wall build-up.

Characteristics

The product applies terminal rotating card and air tight type, it uses oblique impaling connecting to guarantee stable and solid connecting points of cores to avoid dare and oxidation of connecting points after long-term use; Connecting points are treated with water proof and moisture proof sealing by organic silicon grease oil to make it safe and reliable.

Order of modules takes 25-pair as the basic unit, four basic units form a 100-pair big unit. Obverse and inverse connecting terminals of modules are ranged as YD322 chromatogram standards, there are clear and complete marks on the surfaces for convenient wire jumping and maintenance.

Unit connection of modules can make unlocking around different Y axis whose angle is over 90° so as to make it convenient for wire parting connection of trunk cables and wiring.

Rubber seals are stuck around box body and door cracks, so rain would not come in, rubber seals are also applied to cable inlets on base of box body to prevent coming in of moisture.

Exterior shell of the box is made of high quality cold-rolling steel plates, stainless steel and totally stainless steel and sprayed with rosin, defence performance of the shell is good.
